January

There are two great car shows in January, but they’re being held at the same time, so you may have to make a choice or see one this year and the other next year.

The 93rd Salon European Motor Show in Brussels, Belgium will be open to the public on 16-25 January from 10am to 6:30pm (with a few late nights available). Exhibitors span everything from Alfa Romeo to McLaren, so be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes to take it all in.

The North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) is open to the public on 17-25 January, overlapping its Brussels counterpart. Held at the COBO Center in Detroit, Michigan, the NAIAS is an event car enthusiasts from around the world look forward to. Exhibitors include every major auto manufacturer, and special exhibitions include stunning concept cars, debut vehicles and more.
February

If you love vintage and classic cars, Salon Retromobile is a must-see event. In 2015, it will be held on 4-8 February at the Expo Porte de Versailles in Paris, France. In all, over 500 cars will be on display and 450 exhibitors will be showcasing their products. This year, a feature of the exhibition is going to be a display of classic cars restored by renowned French collector Corrado Lopresto.
March

The 2015 Australian Motoring Festival will be held at the Melbourne Showgrounds on 26-29 March. If you’re in the market for a new car, you might want to start with the New Vehicle Promenade, which comes complete with tarmac and off-road test tracks.

Are you interested in the design process? Head over to the Auto Design Centre & Industry Showroom. Then you can visit the test tracks where you can take vehicles out for a test drive. Other exhibits the whole family will enjoy include the vintage car display, the family zone and the motorcycles, scooters and e-bikes exhibit.
